OUR PROGRAMS
The Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter of the National Black MBA Association is firmly committed to providing a comprehensive range of professional development programs geared to meet the needs of our members and the community. Below are some of the programs that the Chapter provides.
Leaders of Tomorrow Program
The Leaders of Tomorrow® program is designed to expand the pool of future minority students who enter college through: mentoring and coaching, college preparation workshops, and scholarship opportunities. The program exposes minority youth to African American business professionals and assists in identifying positive career and education options. Targeted students include any high school youth who has demonstrated leadership potential.
Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships
The NBMBAA Cleveland Chapter and our National Organization offers graduate and
undergraduate scholarship annually. Our scholarship program awards scholarships to
outstanding qualifying minority students pursuing graduate management/business degrees while demonstrating strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to their communities. The Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter goal is to provide scholarships annually.

Career Programming
The purpose of our Career Programming is to equip our members with the tools needed to start, advance or restart their professional career. Our goal is to provide our members with resources needed to effectively pursue their career goals while providing our Corporate Partners access to
competitive candidates they seek to hire.
Entrepreneurship Programming
The purpose of our Entrepreneur Programming is to connect both aspiring and established entrepreneurs with access to business resources, information, as well as to capital and customers. Programming topics includes ideation, business planning/set-up, accounting/finance, marketing, e-commerce, taxation, financing and information technology.
Leadership Programming
The purpose of our Leadership Programming is to provide a forum for leadership development.
We endeavor to provide learning and training opportunities to maximize our
members’ opportunities to lead organizations, mentor others and to give back to their
communities through volunteerism and service.
