Leaders of Tomorrow® (LOT)
About Leaders of Tomorrow® Program
The NBMBAA Cleveland Chapter is proud to be a participating chapter in the NBMBAA® Leaders of Tomorrow® Program. Since its inception in 1991, the NBMBAA® Leaders of Tomorrow® Program has mentored more than 8,000 talented youth aspiring to leadership roles in professional fields. The LOT® Program is a comprehensive, programmatic approach for providing leadership development to high school students.

The program begins in September of each year and serves high students (ages 14-18). The program is free for participants who meet program admissions requirements.
​
The program is driven by mentoring across four developmental areas: Leadership, Financial Literacy, College Preparation and Career Preparation. The program offers participants resources, knowledge and opportunities in the way of mentoring relationships, scholarships, and internships.
LEADERSHIP

Leaders of Tomorrow® Cleveland Chapter Program Requirements

Attend a high school in Northeast Ohio on a full-time basis

Maintain a 2.0 GPA

Submit application forms and other required forms

Register and maintain membership as a LOT® member of the NBMBAA Cleveland Chapter

Attend first session with parent(s)
Leaders of Tomorrow® Leadership Summit
LOT® participants may have the opportunity to participate in the annual National Black MBA Association® Leaders of Tomorrow® Leadership Summit. The summit includes a business case competition where students compete for scholarship awards. The business case competition is designed to help participants develop real-world critical thinking and problem-solving skills by addressing a business case study.
