Our Mission

Our Mission is to increase the number as well as the diversity of successful African-Americans in the business community by executing the following: providing innovative programs to stimulate intellectual and economic growth; building partnerships with key stakeholders to drive growth; increasing awareness and access to graduate management, education programs and career opportunities; developing a framework for youth to enter and pursue business careers.

 

Our Vision

The National Black MBA Association Inc. (NBMBAA) is a national non-profit organization of minority MBAs, business professionals, entrepreneurs and collegiate students that promotes intellectual and economic wealth.

 

The vision of the Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter (NBMBAA Cleveland NEO Chapter) is to promote intellectual and economic wealth within the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio community. We provide a broad range of activities to meet the diverse needs of our membership and the community. Events include career and professional development activities, networking, small business development
programs and education and scholarship programs.

Chapter History

The Cleveland Northeast Ohio Chapter, established in 1985, is a non-profit organization with over 225 members with professional experience in both public and private sectors.

Members have MBA and other graduate degrees in a variety of disciplines including marketing, finance, accounting, human resources, information technology, telecommunication, e-commerce
